Complaints Procedure

We value open communication with parents and welcome any concerns or feedback you may have. If you have worries or complaints, please reach out to us as soon as possible. In the first instance, we encourage you to visit our 'Contact List' page, where you will find the appropriate contact details for the staff member best placed to resolve your issue informally. Taking this approach often leads to quicker and more effective resolutions.

The Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, or Assistant Headteachers are also available to meet with concerned parents to address and resolve difficulties. To ensure sufficient time for a meaningful discussion, we encourage scheduling appointments for such meetings.
